MELUIP Store — Digital Products

 
All products available in the MELUIP Store are digital products — including but not limited to 3D models, CGI assets,
aviation models, automotive models and render-ready files.
 
By purchasing from MELUIP Store you agree:
All sales are final — no refunds on digital products once downloaded
All 3D models and assets are original MELUIP creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed from any
official automobile or aircraft manufacturer
Assets are provided as royalty-free for personal use only
Assets are not licensed for commercial use of any kind
You may not resell, redistribute or share purchased assets
Assets may not be used to create competing products or stores
MELUIP Group retains full ownership and copyright of all assets
 
 
Disclaimer: All vehicle and aircraft models available in MELUIP Store are original CGI creations by MELUIP Group.
They are not official products of any automotive or aviation manufacturer. Any resemblance to real vehicles is for artistic reference only.




Intellectual Property

 
All renders, CGI work, assets, branding, content and technology produced by MELUIP Group and its six divisions are
the exclusive intellectual property of MELUIP Group.

 
No content from meluip.com may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from MELUIP Group.




 
CGI Services
 
 
MELUIP Group provides photoreal CGI render services across six specialized divisions. All service agreements,
deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.
 
MELUIP Group reserves the right to decline any project request at its sole discretion.






 
Digital Product License
 
 
Upon purchase of any digital asset from MELUIP Store, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the asset for personal or commercial projects.






This license does NOT permit:
 
Reselling the asset in original or modified form
Sharing the asset with third parties
Using the asset in NFT or blockchain projects without written permission
Sub-licensing the asset to any other party






 
Refund Policy
 
 
Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases from MELUIP Store are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
 
If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at info@meluip.com and we will resolve it promptly.






 
Limitation of Liability
 
 
MELUIP Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services or digital products.
 
MELUIP Group makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the suitability of any asset or service for a specific purpose.
